RAEdit simple program which modifies Rules.ini. Instead of using NOTEPAD.

Version 1.00
- In this version only the units and structures can be modified.
Version 1.01
The levels easy, normal and difficult can now be modified (Used in the skirmish mode or when
you start a new mission).
Also it's possible to modify all the weapons available in this game.
Version 1.02
- File menu added with the options:
* Open, You now can open different rules.ini file.
* Save as, The changes you made can be saved under a other name.
* Close, Closes the ini file opened with the Open option
* Exit, speaks for itself.
Remark : If You use Save as keep in mind that RA only uses RULES.INI. So if you want to use another ini file you made. Just copy it to rules.ini.

Version 1.50
Changes made.
- File->Open copies file to a tmp file, which will be modified instead of the original file you opened.
- No more multiple windows possible. When a item is selected the main program will be inactive.
- File->Close will check if there were made any changes. If so it will pop-up a confirm window.
- File->Save As. Will copy the current tmp file to the destination file. (leaving original unchanged)
New features.
- File->Save. Updates the original file with the tmp file.
- IQ setting for computer activity
- Multy Player defaults can be set. I think that this is not much of a use though. Because you can set these values at the beginning of a new skermish mode game. (Won't work with Westwood chat)
